One panel of Commissioners of the Idaho Human Rights Commission will be meeting at
the above location and will include telephone communication. The Commissioners will
be meeting for the purpose of making decisions on the merits of administrative cases filed
with the Commission as authorized by IDAPA 45.01.01.300.23.
The panel intends to go into executive session in order to consider records exempt from
disclosure as provided for by Idaho Code § 74-105(8) and in order to communicate with
legal counsel for the public agency to discuss the legal ramifications of and legal options
for pending litigation, or controversies not yet being litigated but imminently likely to be
litigated as provided for by Idaho Code § 74-206(1)(f). The executive session is
authorized by Idaho Code § 74-206(1)(d). This portion of the meeting generally takes
about half an hour, after which the panels will go back into open session to make their
determinations.
For teleconference information, contact the administrator for call-in access to the open
portions of the meeting, which are expected to last approximately ten minutes.
