DESCRIPTION:One panel of Commissioners of the Idaho Human Rights Commission will be meeting at \nthe above location and will include telephone communication. The Commissioners will \nbe meeting for the purpose of making decisions on the merits of administrative cases filed \nwith the Commission as authorized by IDAPA 45.01.01.300.23. \nThe panel intends to go into executive session in order to consider records exempt from \ndisclosure as provided for by Idaho Code § 74-105(8) and in order to communicate with \nlegal counsel for the public agency to discuss the legal ramifications of and legal options \nfor pending litigation, or controversies not yet being litigated but imminently likely to be \nlitigated as provided for by Idaho Code § 74-206(1)(f). The executive session is \nauthorized by Idaho Code § 74-206(1)(d).
