ransportation partners are called now to comment on ITD’s process for local coordination of the state highway system. Comments are sought through Dec. 23 from cities, counties and highway districts.

Partners are asked to review the updated Non-Metropolitan Local Official Consultation Plan which identifies how the department regularly coordinates with local officials from non-metro areas. The document details opportunities for engagement including participation in board subcommittee meetings, agency advisory board meetings and other working groups and multi-jurisdictional transportation planning groups.
