Idaho Public Meetings

The Idaho Department of Water Resources ( IDWR ) will be hosting a second public meeting to review IDAPA 37.03.08 Water Appropriation Rules. IDWR is seeking public comment regarding potential updates to the process for requesting additional information from water right applicants pursuant to Rule 040.04.

The negotiated rulemaking meeting will be held at IDWR State Office Conference Rooms B, C, and D on the 6th floor of the University of Idaho Water Center.
