Idaho Public Meetings

In accordance with Idaho Code Section 67-5292, the Department is reviewing IDAPA 28.04.01 to assess whether the content of the rule chapter is still necessary. As part of negotiated rulemaking, the Department will explore ways to streamline the chapter by eliminating redundant provisions, simplifying administrative requirements, and improving clarity and efficiency for program participants and the Department.
