Nature of Hearing: Classes of insurance coverage or risk for which there is no reasonable or adequate market in Idaho among authorized insurers either to acceptance of the risk, contract terms, or premium or premium rate.

Issues Involved: Whether the classes of insurance coverage or risk proposed by Surplus Line Association of Idaho should be declared eligible for export.

Legal Authority: Section 41-1216(1), Idaho Code.

Procedure: The hearing will be conducted under the Idaho Rules of Administrative Procedure, namely IDAPA 04.11.01. A copy of the Rules of Procedure may be obtained at the following website: https://adminrules.idaho.gov
