Idaho Public Meetings

In accordance with Idaho Code Section 67-5292, the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) is reviewing IDAPA 62.01.01 to assess whether the content of the rule chapter is still necessary. As part of negotiated rulemaking, OAH will explore general cleanup of the Idaho Rules of Administrative Procedure to align chapter with style guide and update/simplify language, as well as making experience-based updates to various rules.
