Idaho Public Meetings
In accordance with Idaho Code Section 67-5292, the Commission is reviewing IDAPA 31.36.01 to assess whether the content of the rule chapter is still necessary. As part of negotiated rulemaking, the Commission will explore repealing this rule chapter. The Commission invites the public to attend this Negotiated Rulemaking meeting in order to review and comment on the intended changes being considered. This meeting is available in person at the Commission's offices and virtually.
