Idaho Public Meetings

Per Idaho Code, the Idaho Content Standards for Artificial Intelligence must be completed and adopted in 2026 following the passage of SB 1227. The Idaho Department of Education is beginning the writing and adoption process to ensure the standards are ready for presentation to the State Board of Education prior to the 2027 Legislative Session.
