Idaho Public Meetings

Under Idaho Statute 46-917 (1), the Council needs to hold a meeting to " designate a hospital as a trauma, stroke, or heart attack center when such hospital, upon proper application and verification, has been found by the council to meet the applicable level of trauma, stroke, or heart attack center criteria as established by the council"

Under Idaho Statute 46-916 (5b), the Council needs to hold a meeting to "Provide oversight of the system, assuring adherence to standards and regulations established by the council;"

Under Idaho Statute 46-916 (5e), the Council needs to hold a meeting to " Develop the standards and criteria that each participating facility that voluntarily applies is required to meet concerning personnel, equipment, resources, data collection, and organizational capabilities to obtain or maintain designation;"

Under Idaho Statute 46-916 (5i), the Council needs to hold a meeting to "Set procedures for the acquisition of data needed to successfully manage the system;"
