The Permanent Building Fund Advisory Council (PBFAC) reviews, evaluates, and prioritizes capital project requests for state-funded construction, renovation, and facility improvement projects to ensure responsible use of public resources. They also evaluate and approve means and methods of projects. The council provides recommendations to the Governor and Legislature to support informed decision-making on the allocation of Permanent Building Fund resources and the long-term maintenance and development of state facilities.
