ITP is proposing updates to the Developmental Specialist Personnel Standards to better align with current practices, workforce

availability, and the needs of infants and toddlers with developmental delays and disabilities. These proposed changes are designed to

preserve the high standards of service delivery within the Infant Toddler Program while offering greater flexibility in hiring qualified

professionals.

ITP is also proposing updated to the Idaho Infant Toddler Program's eligibility criteria. By updating the eligibility criteria, our goal is to:
