(Idaho Administrative Code 35.01.03.803: The Dollar Certification Form (L-2 Form) is the form used by taxing districts to certify their budgets to the county. This form is presumed to be a true and correct representation of the budget previously prepared and approved by a taxing district. The budget is presumed adopted according to appropriate statutory procedures.)
