Idaho Public Meetings

Under Idaho Statute 56-1029, the Council needs to hold a meeting to "designate a hospital as a trauma, stroke, or heart attack center when such hospital, upon proper application and verification, has been found by the council to meet the applicable level of trauma, stroke or heart attack center criteria as established by the council."

Under Idaho Statute 56-1030 4e, the Council needs to hold a meeting to "Provide advice concerning trauma, stroke and heart attack care to health care facilities and other providers of health care;"
