The Idaho EMS Physician Commission (EMSPC) is responsible for establishing the Emergency MedicalServices (EMS) clinical standards, the EMS scope of practice, medical protocols, personnelresponsibilities and duties, medical supervision of licensed EMS personnel, air medical services,ambulance services, and non-transport services that are licensed by the state of Idaho.
