Idaho Public Meetings

One four-member panel of the Idaho Human Rights Commission will be

meeting at the above location and will include telephone communication. The panel will be meeting

for the sole purpose of making decisions on the merits of administrative cases filed

with the Commission as authorized by IDAPA 45.01.01.300.23.

The panel intends to go into executive session in order to consider records exempt

from disclosure as provided for by Idaho Code ll 74-105(8). The executive session is

authorized by Idaho Code ll 74-206(1)(d). This portion of the meeting generally takes about

half an hour, after which the panel will go back into open session to make its determinations.
