Description
IDWR will hold a public hearing as required in Section 42-1503, Idaho Code, for the purpose of receiving evidence and testimony regarding five applications for minimum streamflow purposes filed by the Idaho Water Resource Board. At 6:00 pm, the hearing officer will begin receiving public witness testimony, for a two-hour period or longer as needed to receive all public testimony.
