In accordance with Executive Order 2020-01 Zero-Based Regulation, the Commission is conducting a

comprehensive reassessment of all IDAPA chapters to alleviate regulatory burdens and enhance operational

efficiency. This meeting will focus on 17.01.01.801-.803. If time is available, discussion on additional sections of 17.01.01 will be held during the meetings.
