Please take notice that the Director of the Idaho Department of Insurance will hold a hearing in accordance with sections 41-3806 and 41-3824, Idaho Code, as follows: Time: 10:00 o’clock a.m., Mountain Standard Time Date: Thursday, November 16, 2023 Place: Idaho Department of Insurance, Conference Room A, 3rd Floor, 700 West State Street, Boise, Idaho Nature of Hearing: The plan of reorganization of Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company of Idaho, and its intent to form a mutual insurance holding company in accordance with title 41, chapter 38, Idaho Code.
