DESCRIPTION:The Idaho Transportation Department invites the community to an open house on Sept. 10 to review plans to replace two Interstate 84 bridges over the ‘A’ Canal west of Heyburn.\nThe existing bridges are more than 60 years old and have reached their functional lifespan.
