DESCRIPTION:Two Commissioner panels of the Idaho Human Rights Commission will be meeting at \nthe above location and will include telephone communication. The panels will be meeting \nfor the purpose of making decisions on the merits of administrative cases filed with the \nCommission as authorized by IDAPA 45.01.01.300.23. \nThe panels intend to go into executive session in order to consider records exempt from \ndisclosure as provided for by Idaho Code § 74-105(8) and in order to consider records \nexempt from disclosure as provided for by Idaho Code § 74-105(8). The executive \nsession is authorized by Idaho Code § 74-206(1)(d).
