DESCRIPTION:One Commissioner panel of the Idaho Human Rights Commission will be meeting at the above location and will include telephone communication. The panel will be meeting for the purpose of making decisions on the merits of administrative cases filed with the Commission as authorized by IDAPA 45.01.01.300.23.\nThe panel intends to go into executive session in order to consider records exempt from disclosure as provided for by Idaho Code § 74-105(8) and in order to consider records exempt from disclosure as provided for by Idaho Code § 74-105(8). The executive session is authorized by Idaho Code § 74-206(1)(d).
