DESCRIPTION:Two Commissioner panels of the Idaho Human Rights Commission will be meeting at the above location and will include telephone communication. The panels will be meeting for the sole purpose of making decisions on the merits of administrative cases filed with the Commission as authorized by IDAPA 45.01.01.300.23.\nThe panels intend to go into executive session in order to consider records exempt from disclosure as provided for by Idaho Code § 74-105(8). The executive session is authorized by Idaho Code § 74-206(1)(d). This portion of the meeting generally takes about half an hour, after which the panels will go back into open session to make their determinations.\nFor teleconference information, contact the administrator for call-in access to the open portions of the meeting, which are expected to last approximately ten minutes.\n\nLink to Meeting: https://townhall.idaho.gov/PublicMeeting/4530
