Description
The purpose of this meeting is to consider records and hear testimony regarding juveniles who have been committed to the Department and a determination must be made whether or not they should be retained in custody, pursuant to Idaho Code § 20- 520(1)(r). Due to the nature of this meeting, the hearings will be closed under the executive session exemption.
