In accordance with Executive Order 2020-01 Zero-Based Regulation, the Commission is conducting a comprehensive reassessment of all IDAPA chapters to alleviate regulatory burdens and enhance operational efficiency. This meeting will focus on the medical fee schedule section of the rule.
